What is a Community Sprint ?
A Community Sprint at Airparty is a 4-day process for rapidly solving big community challenges, launching new communities or galvanizing existing ones. It compresses potentially months of work into a few days.
What does it look like?
The Community Sprint is essentially a 4-day intense hackathon. On Day 1 we work in person with you, our client, to define your ideal member challenges and scope of the week. Day 2 is about deciding what community actions to prototype. Day 3 is about rapidly building the high fidelity community prototype, which is then tested with real members on Day 4.
What is the exact outcome?
The outcome of every Community Sprint Week is a high-fidelity living community prototype, tested by real members or ideal personae, and with clear insights on where to go next.
This is not an “empty slack” or a “planning paper”, it looks and feels like a real living remote community and you can choose to test it with us for a 3 to 6 months co-piloting mission.
What happens after a Community Sprint?
Once you have a tangible representation of your community prototype in your hand, your ideal member, your routines, and your insights from real members, making decisions becomes a lot easier.
We can afford you a 3 or 6 month follow-up copiloting mission for your community team depending if you need more or less interaction with us.
We will play a role of a copilot towards you community teams and helping them achieve the community OKR we defined all together during the sprint.
