Here’s how to use community as a lever to achieve your goals:
1) Find ~10 ppl with similar goals
2) Build a weekly face to face ritual with them (in-person or virtual)
3) Show up consistently
4) Ship each week
5) Celebrate & elevate others work
6) In time, you’ll win!

I made a tough decision this week: I ended Trapital's paid membership program.
It wasn't easy, but it was the right call.
Here's a thread on why I did it, what I learned, and what's next!

For all the talk about the Passion Economy, it's still discussed mostly in terms of monetization (with a clear focus on subscriptions)
There's so many opportunities to reinvent engagement and distribution, too

A quick memo on why the market opportunity for One Person Companies is still underrated.
The rise of commerce and creator platforms are just the beginning — the next McKinsey, Harvard, or Benchmark might start on Substack, Teachable, or as a podcast.

The first draft of Zero to Sold was 561 pages long. 120k words. My editors cut out all the times I repeated myself, when I repeated myself (because I repeated myself).
Final result: 498 pages, 105k words. Better, simpler, more pragmatic.

Build assets that build assets.
Two layers:
1. Publishing (build specific audience)
2. Productization (build specific products)
Take @visualizevalue:
